Staff
 Executive Director Brian R. Foltz founded AYD in 1994 with the help of a committed group of parents, community leaders and friends. Previously he was development director for the former Youth Opportunities Unlimited, a community liaison in the Pittsburgh Public Safety Department, and an account supervisor with Krome Communications, a Pittsburgh marketing firm. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and grew up in rural Warren County, Pa.
 Warren Butler is a Program Coordinator at AYD, a volunteer position that we hope to build into a paid, full-time job during the 2007-2008 program year. A native North Sider, Mr. Butler joined AYD as a sixth-grader in 1996. He graduated from Northside Urban Pathways charter school in 2002, and attended Mercyhurst College. He is currently a teachers' aide in the Pittsburgh Public Schools.
 Dominick Jones-Moriarty is also an AYD Program Coordinator. He joined AYD in 1995 while in the sixth grade. A graduate of Northside Urban Pathways charter school, he enrolled at Waynesburg University of Pennsylvania in 2002. He is currently a paraprofessional at Northview Heights Elementary School.
