Executive Direction Brian R. Foltz founded AYD in 1994 with a team of committed parents, community leaders, and friends. Previously, he was the development director for Youth Opportunities Unlimited, a community liasion in the Pittsburgh Public Safety Department, and an account supervisor with Krome Communications. Mr. Foltz is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennslyvania with a BA in journalism.
